Refund Policy

Free trial, no refunds on monthly payments, 14-day money-back guarantee on passes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the Academy and the question bank with no card and no automatic charge. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, but monthly payments are not refunded. If you are not happy with a 3-, 6- or 12-month pass, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment date and you will get your money back in full.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial starts automatically when you create your account, needs no payment card and costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. It does not turn into a paid plan: when it ends, paid content locks until you choose one. The trial covers CheapMocks Academy and the question bank; the paid mock exams are not included. There is one free trial per person and per account.
Monthly subscription: cancelling, no refunds
The monthly subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Monthly payments are not refunded, including for the current month.
3-, 6- and 12-month passes: 14-day money-back guarantee
A pass is a single payment and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you are not happy with it, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment date and you will get the full amount back.
How to get a refund
- Reply to the receipt email from Paddle, or request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you paid with. You can also email us at support@cheapmocks.com.
- Tell us which payment it is. You don't have to give a reason, but feedback helps us improve.
- Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method, including the sales tax or VAT included in the price. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your access
When a refund of a pass is approved, the months that pass added are removed from your All Access. When a refund of an earlier one-off purchase is approved, access to that product is removed from your account.
Earlier one-off purchases
Mocks, the question bank and the Complete Level I Bundle bought as one-off purchases before All Access are no longer sold. They keep their existing terms, including the 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. The bundle is refunded as one product: a refund covers the whole bundle and removes access to all of it.
When we may decline a refund
We may decline requests for monthly subscription payments, requests made more than 14 days after the payment, or requests where there are clear signs of abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding passes, or sharing or copying content in breach of our Terms of Service. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
Free content
The free trial and the free full mock cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
